Rhubarb Muffins

1 1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup oil

1 egg

2 tsp vanilla

1 cup buttermilk

2 1/2 cup flour

1 tsp soda

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

 

Mix. Put on top before baking: 2 tsp melted butter, 1/3 cup sugar, and 1 tsp cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 20-15 minutes.
